Our video creation process begins upon receipt of your music file and payment. You retain all rights to your original music, while Rodin Studio maintains ownership of the visual elements created for your video. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the final video for promotional and commercial purposes.

We strive to deliver all projects within the specified timeframes, however, complex revisions may require additional time. If you require modifications beyond the included revision rounds, additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to use the completed videos in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing.

Refunds are available within 48 hours of project initiation, provided work has not commenced. Once production begins, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion. By submitting content to us, you confirm that you own or have proper licensing for all materials provided.

These terms are subject to change without notice. Continued use of our services following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
